LifeCare Counseling Center is a ministry of Walnut Street Baptist Church that provides specialized care for persons of all ages, focusing on individual, marital, and family counseling, as well as supervision of Christian counseling and marriage and family therapy.
The purpose of LifeCare is to be a Christ-centered wellness and healing resource for persons who may be experiencing personal distress, marital conflict, family disorder, spiritual confusion, and/or emotional deprivation.
All LifeCare counselors hold or are pursuing advanced degrees, certifications, and licenses in the counseling field. Each is either a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church or another local church and offers ministry in the context of the moral and ethical concerns of Christian faith.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments at LifeCare are scheduled by speaking with office personnel. All information received is handled confidentially. Voice mail service is utilized after office hours, weekends, holidays and when office personnel are not available to take your call. All calls will be handled in a timely manner.
REFERRALS
Referrals to LifeCare are welcome from ministers, attorneys, social workers, other counselors, medical personnel, agencies, family members and friends. A referral is not necessary to schedule an appointment.
